At this edition, AIWA is looking to connect with professionals experienced in financial analysis, business intelligence, and data management, who can transform information into meaningful insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and bring an analytical perspective to strategic business decisions.

Where could your experience take you?

AIWA is looking for a Financial Data Analyst to analyze, interpret, and visualize financial information, develop analytical models, and generate performance indicators that support financial planning and strategic decision-making.

This role brings together finance, technology, and data analytics, contributing to business performance monitoring, operational efficiency, and profitability.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from ERP systems, databases, and accounting reports.

• Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Business Intelligence tools.

• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts.

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate different scenarios and support strategic decisions.

• Analyze costs, margins, and profitability across products, projects, and business lines.

• Monitor financial and inventory KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization.

• Develop data models and establish relationships between datasets to facilitate analysis.

• Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial processes.

• Ensure data integrity and collaborate on internal controls and audits.

• Work closely with Finance and other business teams to develop data-driven recommendations.

What experience and qualifications are we looking for?

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Systems Analysis, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Engineering, with a focus on finance or data.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting, and cost analysis.

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Business Intelligence tools.

• Knowledge of SAP and financial databases.

• Ability to develop financial models, dashboards, and management KPIs.

• Basic English proficiency will be considered a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
