At this edition, BAC is looking to connect with professionals experienced in financial product management, commercial strategy development, and banking business growth, who can identify opportunities, design compelling value propositions, and develop solutions that respond to customer needs.

Where could your experience take you?

BAC is looking for talent for a Product Leader II position, with responsibility for the positioning, development, and growth of financial products, particularly those related to payment solutions, savings accounts, and transactional banking products.

An opportunity to combine strategic thinking, business analysis, and customer insights, driving initiatives that increase product usage, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute to the bank's growth.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Design and implement strategies to strengthen the positioning and growth of assigned financial products.

• Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and profitability to identify new business opportunities.

• Develop initiatives that encourage recurring use of savings accounts, payment solutions, and transactional products.

• Drive strategies aimed at increasing market share and attracting new customers.

• Design differentiated value propositions that enhance customer experience and loyalty.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Channels, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams to develop campaigns and commercial initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing customers and attract new customer segments.

• Propose improvements to the user experience throughout the different stages of the product lifecycle.

• Monitor key performance indicators related to product management, adoption, profitability, and growth, using business insights to guide decisions.

• Contribute to the development, optimization, and evolution of products and new features.

• Coordinate with different areas of the bank to implement strategic initiatives that improve business performance.

What experience and qualifications are we looking for?

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• 5–10 years of experience in financial product management within the banking industry.

• Experience with debit products, savings accounts, payment solutions, or deposit products is desirable.

• Experience designing and implementing customer growth, retention, and loyalty strategies.

• Knowledge of business performance indicators, customer segmentation, and commercial growth strategies.

• Ability to analyze product performance, identify opportunities, and develop customer-focused value propositions.
