Where could your experience take you?

BAC is looking for talent for a Business Intelligence Partner II position, a senior role that combines banking business knowledge, analytical expertise, and a technology-driven perspective.

An opportunity to act as an internal consultant and strategic business partner to different areas of the bank, connecting business challenges with the capabilities of the Business Intelligence department.

The challenge will be to understand team needs, identify optimization opportunities, and promote the use of data, analytical tools, and emerging technologies to enable more informed decisions and stronger business performance.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Act as a strategic partner to different business areas, understanding their needs and connecting them with business intelligence solutions.

• Identify improvement and optimization opportunities through the analysis of performance indicators, business information, and advanced analytics tools.

• Advise internal teams on best practices in data utilization, technology tools, and analytical solutions.

• Develop and present improvement proposals to stakeholders at different organizational levels, combining technical expertise with a business perspective.

• Drive the adoption of data-driven solutions that support faster and more informed decision-making.

• Explore opportunities to apply Artificial Intelligence and emerging technology trends to business processes and challenges.

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to identify solutions that leverage data platforms, analytics capabilities, and cloud technologies.

• Facilitate conversations between business areas and technology teams, promoting a shared understanding of objectives, needs, and opportunities.

• Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives from an analytical, strategic, and consultative perspective.

What experience and qualifications are we looking for?

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Big Data, or a related field.

• Senior-level professional experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or internal consulting.

• Preferably, experience in the banking or financial services industry, with an understanding of its processes, performance indicators, and business dynamics.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform.

• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks and cloud infrastructure solutions.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies applied to business.

• Ability to interpret performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and develop proposals that positively impact business results.

• Experience developing and presenting recommendations to stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills when working with multidisciplinary teams.

• Strategic thinking, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead business conversations from a technical and consultative perspective.
