Where could your experience take you?

BAC is looking for talent for a Commercial Banking Leader II position, with responsibility for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of corporate and business clients.

An opportunity to combine commercial acumen, financial expertise, and relationship management skills, supporting companies as they navigate business challenges and developing solutions tailored to their needs.

The challenge will be to drive sustainable portfolio growth, strengthen relationships with strategic clients, and contribute to a personalized, consultative, and differentiated service experience.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Develop and strengthen long-term business relationships with corporate and business clients.

• Identify business opportunities and attract new clients in alignment with the bank's commercial strategy.

• Design and implement commercial plans to increase growth, deepen existing relationships, and improve portfolio profitability.

• Advise companies on comprehensive financial solutions based on their business needs and objectives.

• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, directors, and senior executives.

• Analyze assigned portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities and potential risks.

• Drive client retention and development strategies, strengthening commercial relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent and differentiated service experience.

• Monitor commercial performance and contribute to achieving business growth objectives.

What experience and qualifications are we looking for?

• University degree in Business Administration, Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Experience in commercial management, corporate banking, or business development.

• Ability to build strong business relationships and develop strategic professional networks.

• Strong negotiation skills, financial analysis capabilities, and a results-driven mindset.

• A consultative approach to understanding client needs and developing tailored value propositions.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
