An opportunity to become part of a luxury hotel where safety, prevention, and attention to detail are essential to delivering exceptional experiences for guests and visitors.
The challenge will be to lead teams, anticipate potential risks, and ensure an effective response to incidents and emergencies, while maintaining the safety, service, and quality standards that define the brand.
The position reports to the Security Manager and the Rooms Division Director, working closely with different operational departments across the hotel.

Oversee access control procedures, preventive patrols, and CCTV monitoring systems.
Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to maintain a safe environment.
Coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, evacuations, and critical situations, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making skills.
Prepare operational reports, document incidents, and support internal investigations when necessary.
Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate responses to situations involving guests, associates, or visitors.
Promote a culture of prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
What experience and skills are we looking for?
Technical diploma or university degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience supervising physical security operations, preferably in hotels, resorts, or the hospitality industry.
Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken (essential).
Knowledge of security protocols, asset protection, access control, and CCTV monitoring systems.
Experience coordinating emergency response plans, evacuations, and incident or crisis management.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
Training or experience related to ISO 45001 is an advantage.
Experience preparing reports, documenting incidents, and supporting internal investigations.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Availability to work rotating shifts according to the hotel's operational needs.
We are looking for professionals who demonstrate leadership, sound judgment, responsiveness, and a proactive approach to risk prevention, with the ability to make decisions under pressure, handle sensitive situations discreetly, and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
